Word of the President of the National Research Centre

I believe the key to our group's sustainable success lies primarily in embracing leadership at all levels of the business and embracing diversity, both in our investments and the people we work with, as a fundamental source of strength. Furthermore, we always strive to be united by a common goal as we work together to achieve our vision. Integrity is the framework that governs all our dealings, and we remain a loyal supporter of an entrepreneurial culture.

The challenge is great, and the responsibility is everyone's. We live in a new world governed by science and knowledge. We live in a new world built on an educated, trained, and effective human force. We live in a new world where all standards have become global: in education, training, the economy, and indeed in every aspect of life. In Egypt, we rightfully have a tremendously educated human force. We have a great deal of youthful energy. The strength of our society comes from the strength of our youth, from their education and training in the mechanisms and fundamentals of the age. Our economic, social, and even political progress depends largely on our ability to advance this young human force. It depends largely on our ability to provide them with the opportunity for distinguished training that qualifies them for contemporary professional life. It depends largely on our ability to increase their self-confidence and give them hope for the future. In light of the vital role the Association plays in supporting the civil society sector in Egypt, the Association launched the "Civil Society Capacity Support Center" to support the non-governmental organization sector. This is our mission and responsibility at the Association for Development and Employment, which we face with all sincerity and enthusiasm.
